About Safe to Spend

Safe to Spend is a home screen widget that shows one number you can spend, with your bills and your credit card payment already taken out.

It’s for people paying down card debt who don’t want to add new debt.

How it works

You enter your numbers yourself. There’s no bank login, and everything stays on your phone.

I’m paying off debt myself.

Sometimes I’d pay a little too much on one thing. Other times I’d end up with extra money and not know whether I could put it toward paying off more debt or whether I needed it for bills. It was a lot of headache, and it was really stressful.

I kept Excel sheets, but I never looked at them when I was in the store. The Safe to Spend widget fixes that, because it’s right there when you’re in the store.
